Very unfair
A very unfair company is doing only insurance repairs but if you're not choosing them they will send a negative report to the insurance company. a month ago the storm did some damage to the garage, car depot, and the guy who was in an inspection, said to me that is definitely storm damages I had to wait two weeks until he come and take a look then another 2 weeks and if I not called to insurance company I will know nothing. in the report for insurance who wrote that storm wasn't dominant causes of the damage. the ripped of r... read more
I contacted Wallace Contractors as advised by my home insurance. A surveyor visited my house to assess the leakage as well as two plumbers.After those 2 visits, I was not contacted by this company as I had expected. I had to call them and then found out the insurance would not cover the cost to have the leakage fixed. Very bad customer service. I received 2 invoices before the assessment, one related to the surveyor's assessment of £100:and then a further invoice of £400 ,by mistake, related to excess charge.Very confusing..... read more
I want to thank Wallace contracts for being very prompt and efficient when the downstairs of our house needed extensive work after a leak. All of the tradesmen were very professional and helpful and the office staff were extremely understanding and helpful too. Thank you, Marian O Boyle
