Do not do business with this place what a headache. Take your money elsewhere. Terrible customer service and long application processing just to find out you're not going to be accepted.
So this place pulled a 20 year old criminal record and took my application fee then said im ineligible for rent. Have a great job, good credit, no DEBT!!! Wonder what the property owner thinks on this. Very irritated with the business after the effort I put into the process.
Shame on this establishment. And it's deep rooted toxic ownership.
We called and owner's son came out. We are a military family. He shook hands and said we appreciate the military. Thank you for your service. Took pictures and said I will call you back today to give you quote. Never heard from him. Called him three times and left message. Never heard back. Called the father (owner) of company. Never heard back. I guess apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Son mentioned owning company one day Better learn customer service. At least have courtesy to call back even if you dont want to do job.
