Won’t explain as to why or how a tenant owes back pay, when it was their fault. They’ve “noticed” a glitch in their new system but failed to tell us! Month laters we are required to pay. Thanks for hanging up on me GLORIA

The front office staff are pretty friendly folks... too bad the leasing staff and only Mgr. dissappear after move-in. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. I guess I should be grateful they took care of a serious mice problem that appeared on my 3rd day here. But, it took 10 days for them to arrange an exterminator to come over... a horrible experience. I haven't figured out if doing as little as possible is this property management's policy...or that of the owners they represent... hmmm.
