complete ignorant employees here. front desk has 0 customer skills. the realtor didn’t even know what a credit check was
The front office staff are pretty friendly folks... too bad the leasing staff and only Mgr. dissappear after move-in. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. I guess I should be grateful they took care of a serious mice problem that appeared on my 3rd day here. But, it took 10 days for them to arrange an exterminator to come over... a horrible experience. I haven't figured out if doing as little as possible is this property management's policy...or that of the owners they represent... hmmm.
Do not do business with this place what a headache. Take your money elsewhere. Terrible customer service and long application processing just to find out you're not going to be accepted.
So this place pulled a 20 year old criminal record and took my application fee then said im ineligible for rent. Have a great job, good credit, no DEBT!!! Wonder what the property owner thinks on this. Very irritated with the business after the effort I put into the process.
