While Collins may know his business well, I was left with the feeling that he was just trying to get our work over with as quickly as possible. His attempts at explaining what I was up against were not successful. Perhaps he assumed everyone knows what he knows, which he shouldn't. He certainly didn't respect my intelligence. After one call, a one page letter written with a few revisions, which he never got signed by the other party, and almost 4 figures of charges, I'm back where I started.
