Alma is extremely rude! She flat out told me she didn’t like my policy and wouldn’t help me. Agency owner is a nice guy but he needs to clean house, his employees have horrible people skills and I wouldn’t trust them with personal info with ssn or dl #s. STAY AWAY!!!
VERY poorly run agency. I f you call to talk with your agent, the phone rolls over to whatever rep is there, they say your agent isn’t in and take a message that never seems to be delivered. I canceled my policy, was told it had to be via email, I did, but was still being billed months after cancellation. They finally got the message when I disputed their bank charges, but then turned the amount they “thought” I owed them over to a collection agency.
