I had a minor emergency and was in a bit of a jam, and the team at Jeep Wallace Service Center really came through for me. Michelle, Ross, and Fernand went out of their way to help and made a stressful situation so much easier. They were extremely polite, professional, and worked quickly to get everything taken care of. I was back on the road in no time thanks to their efficiency and great attitude. Amazing service—I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

So I brought my Ram in for service at 1030 am on 2/24/26. I was given a ride home. The afternoon ended with NO call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I called my service advisors number and left a message inquiring about my vehicle at 4:17 pm . I got no response by 7:00 pm so I called back to my service advisor and left another message. My visit to the service department involved 2 small recall items and a check on a vibrating in the front door panel. I was provided with a very pleasant shuttle back and forth from Stuart to PSL during the service. The two recall items were taken care of as well as a stereo speaker replacement. All within a 25 hr period. (Speaker had to be ordered in over night). George was my service advisor. I was very pleased with the service. Overall a great experience.

I've had mixed experiences with this branch in the past. When I went to check out, I noticed I was being charged for services I didn't approve. Thankfully, Colin, my service advisor, resolved the error immediately. He seemed a little confused at first, but in a good way, like it was just a simple mix-up.
