Took a necklace repaired and paid for a Valuation, was told this was a 2 week process, went in after 2 weeks and was told it will be 6 weeks. Took over 2 1/2 months to get the pain back. Was told they would send out the valuation and still waiting after 3 months. Shocking service do not use
Excellent service. Watch band repaired at no cost.
Manager and team were knowledgeable and friendly. Great communication and service. Able to answer my concerns and questions. Would highly recommend.
