I am not well-versed in the jewellery world, so the first time I visited, I found myself walking blindly into the store with no clue what I was after. Despite this, the entire team was nothing short of accommodating to every question I had, allowing me to try on a range of different pieces whilst I figured out my specific taste. In the past I have avoided this store due to one staff member who was exceptionally rude but today as I walked past I overheard a new staff member Nate, talking with a customer and he was extremely helpful and friendly. On walking in he immediately asked if I needed any assistance and was extremely professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. After this experience I will definitely shop here in future. Amazing how hiring the right staff can make all the difference. He is an asset to this store.
