Will never shop there again done a purchase with 2 cards and had trouble with 2nd card so told them to cancell till sorted out .she said she couldn't as first card 5000 thound went through. Couldn't do a refund had no receipt to give me .then told me it didn't go through sale but came out of my account. So now have to wait 2.3 days till accounts manager is on .its not 50 dollars its 5 thousand they didn't even want to sign somthing to say I needed this money refunded .not happy there attitude was differant as well t... read more
Took a necklace repaired and paid for a Valuation, was told this was a 2 week process, went in after 2 weeks and was told it will be 6 weeks. Took over 2 1/2 months to get the pain back. Was told they would send out the valuation and still waiting after 3 months. Shocking service do not use
Excellent service. Watch band repaired at no cost.
Manager and team were knowledgeable and friendly. Great communication and service. Able to answer my concerns and questions. Would highly recommend.
