Great service removing links from my watch.
Big shout out to the lovely gentleman who took a link out of my Longines watch strap yesterday as a Customer Service gesture. He wanted to make sure the fit was correct, and although I didn't want to have to make him readjust it, he did, as he could see it needed half a link put back in. That is professional service right there. The other team members on were also great, friendly and upbeat despite it being the afternoon of a busy day, they were happy to let me sit and wait while the 'Watch Maestro' did his thing.
