The most friendly and helpful staff out of all the jewellery stores in the centre. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend her service.
3 times I asked would a necklace be ready for a specific day. Twice on taking in and once called in two days prior to needed - NOT READY when needed - picked up and just got I’m sorry excuse - not good enough - no empathy - nothing - was taking to UK as a gift for elderly mum. Can’t flap wings now to go back - not happy - sorry but not sorry for the review

From the moment I made contact, to ordering the watch and taking delivery the entire process was super easy and Sarah was very professional and jumped onto my request straight away! I would like to give a massive shout out to Ricky and Tarita!! I bought both my kids their gifts this year from Ricky, her service was above and beyond, sadly my daughters bracelet was too big and lives at loganholme and of course it was the only receipt I couldn’t find. Tarita went out of her way to locate the receipt and send it across to Logan home to ensure her bracelet was adjusted!! Highly recommend these two beauties xx thank you again xx
I recently purchased a watch for my son’s graduation gift. I wanted to buy something decent to last but also didn’t want to spend fortune. Tarita walked me through all the different features of each watch and explained the differences between each price point. Tarita also directed me to the styles which has been most popular with the kids around my son’s age. I walked away educated and happy with my purchase. My son absolutely loved the watch. Would recommend Tarita to everyone - she really knows her stuff.
