Upon entering the store, I was approached by a team member who asked what I was looking for. When I requested to view a watch, she repeatedly asked about my budget. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and judged. I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided and felt the situation was not handled appropriately.

I visited Wallace Bishop Garden City yesterday to have mu bracelet shortened, which wasn't an easy task. But Sonja and Alma went out of their way to make it happen. Thank you, ladies for the exceptional service!
I had a very disappointing experience with this store due to an associate named Sonya. From the moment I asked for help, she was extremely condescending, dismissive, and rude. Rather than providing assistance, her attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. A store should be a place where customers feel respected and supported—not belittled. Based on this encounter, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
