Lovely staff and great service
I recently visited Wallace Bishop and purchased a watch. I would like to sincerely thank the lovely lady Angela who assisted us during our visit. She was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our shopping experience truly enjoyable.
The 18k gold chain I purchased two years ago is of questionable quality. Despite being worn only once a week and simply resting around the neck, it has broken completely in 1 spot and shows damage in 4 orther. The staff's explanation of "it's been pulled or stuck on something" is inconsistent with its usage. I will reach out to consumer affairs.
Absolutely horrible customer service received this morning. The lady who served us had bad attitudes, couldn’t care less about what we want to purchase. Didn’t greet customers, didn’t offer help, and when asked if she can do a better price because we saw the items cheaper somewhere, she said “fine just buy from them”. So we did! I would suggest everyone to go see Josie at Salera’s, which is located just upstairs. She gave us a good deal and was friendly and kind in comparison.
Amazing service from Sonya, she resized my watch and did a great job! would definitely go back:)
