I had the most delightful experience when I walked into this store today looking for help with my watch. The lady at repairs ( didn’t catch her name) without any hesitation was happy to assist me. She was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again :)
Bought a new seiko watch. After 40 minutes to take a few links out of the band, I got told they will have to send away for repairs. Be careful buying from them, they can't even take a few links out of a watch band. Now I have no watch and waiting for repairs. Grrrr. A positive...... great price on the watch.
I had an exceptional experience today at your store. We were served by Paula, who is an absolute asset she was helpful, engaged, and genuinely got involved in the little mission we were on. She also showed us some great products and made the whole visit really enjoyable. It was a fantastic all-round experience, made even better after visiting another major jeweller where the staff didn’t even look up when we asked a question. We walked away with some beautiful pieces and a really positive experience. Thank you!
