Brooke was patient, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I had a brilliant experience getting a repair sorted out at Wallace Bishop, all thanks to Brook. Dealing with repairs can sometimes be a bit stressful, but Brook made the whole process incredibly smooth. Brooke was professional, kept me informed, and ensured the craftsmanship was top-tier. The final result looks good as new. Exceptional customer care and exceptional service—thank you, Brook! I steongly advise seeing the Ladies at the Canelands Wallace bishop. You won't be disappointed.

I went to Wallace Bishop earlier this week to look around for a birthday present for my Mum, I had no idea what to look for and the lady helping me was very kind and patient. She brainstormed with me for ideas and spent so much time helping me. The service is absolutely amazing and one of the best experiences I’ve had at a high end jewellery store in a long time
