Helpful when purchasing an item but less interested when returning it for repairing. The two mature ladies I spoke to at closing tonight couldn't have cared less. 😔
I brought a necklace in to be repaired and had amazing customer service from I've. She went the extra mile and offered to polish my necklace as well, as she knew it was extremely important to me and had a pendant on it which contained the ashes of a beloved pet. Ivy's customer service skills were exceptional.

I arrived at the store looking for a wedding band one of the lady’s recommended a ring for me to go with my engagement ring since I have bought that ring there have been 4 ring resizing every time I go to the store to try on the ring it doesn’t fit the store won’t provide me a refund due to the ring being sized I’m so annoyed that I have to keep driving to the store to just find out my ring is not fitting and they won’t even refund me the amount I spent on the ring it’s been over 2 months now I have never walked out of the s... read more
