Cherish was exceptional in her customer seevice!! I wasnt planning on buying a watch but with her talent in communicating and helping her customer with her bright and joyful aura made me purchase a watch for my mum! Thank you Cherish!! The store is so lucky to have to you there.
Two staff members were working on a Thursday with one customer when I arrived to pick up an item. I waited over 10 minutes before one of the staff members even acknowledged me. Yes, there was another customer, but not even a hello or "Well, just be a minute." Yes, they did the job well, but the service was not good. To top it off, a third staff member walked out from the back just after I started being served.
Dom was absolutely amazing, so helpful with sizing our fingers - very professional and kind.
