I had such a disappointing experience yesterday while shopping for a Valentine’s Day gift for my love. I went to buy a watch, hoping for a pleasant experience, but instead, a rude woman wearing glasses treated me like a thief. She even took my ID! Her behavior completely ruined what should have been a special moment. It’s upsetting when people judge you unfairly instead of treating customers with respect.
I visited the store to find a replacement wedding band for my wife, and as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a staff member named Guilianna. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about exactly what I was looking for. She explained that the ring could be custom-sized, which was exactly what I needed. I mentioned that I would return later. I highly recommend her exceptional service to anyone in need!

My partner proposed over Christmas and we returned to get the ring re-sized. A mature lady with glasses served us and was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but she ruined what should have been a nice experience. Asked for the ring back and left. Very disappointed
