The service at this Wallace Bishop is appalling. The two ladies working were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Being greeted by the longer blonde haired lady by “you right?” And proceeded to look you up and down as she passes her judgement. Same treatment every time at this same Wallace Bishop. Will happily walk into the many other jewelry stores in Pacific Fair and purchase from them instead which we proceeded to do. Wallace Bishop, fix this. Service is number one.
Wallace Bishop in Pacific Fair is very accommodating, friendly. Last time I go there is to have a ring polished, and it was a great, its shiny and looks like new.. thank you for your great service.
