I had a frustrating experience purchasing a watch from Wallace Bishop at Pacific Fair. While the staff were friendly during the sale, their attitude changed completely when I needed assistance with a warranty issue. I bought a Seiko watch at the store two days ago. I went to the store today to ask about the warranty in my home country, and they told me that instead of 3 years, it only has 1 year, which they didn’t specify when I purchased it.
