Good old fashioned customer service DOES exist! I walked in and was looked after immediately by Dalton who genuinely was interested in my watch problem and was enthusiastic to help out. I came in not too far off close and offered to come back another day but Dalton insisted that he would be more than happy to assist. Liz was also there and was more than happy to offer support.
