I know they are not the one that actually did the work for the contractors don't really care about what's going on in the neighborhood . I've had a truck drive up and destroy my front patch of lawn . Nobody's there to answer the phone to help correct this issue the worst contractor I ever seen or heard of.
I don not know what the quality of their construction is like but be assured if they are building next to you be prepared to find construction debris in your yard. The workers will also sit under your trees and destroy your lawn. Don't bother to try to call or email as no one answers the phone and there is no reply to your email. What would the response be if you had them build a home for you and you needed to contact them?
