Daniella, the service writer, worked our truck in for some diagnostic work the same day I called. The shop was very accommodating with our timeline as it was our only commuter vehicle. Would definitely recommend for future needs.
Had issues with my brakes while traveling and they got me in quickly and charged a very fair price! It only took a few hours from the time I called, and I got to play with shop kitten Picasso!! There’s also a coffee and bagel shop a few minutes walk away to hang out. I was nervous about going to a mechanic I was unfamiliar with and I’m so glad I came here.
Great little shop! Awesome front desk service! They went above and beyond, their front desk drove to Craig and back to get the part I needed right there on the spot, because Steamboat didn't have it. At first I tried a more popular garage in Steamboat and the front desk was rude and WAY over-priced. I felt like they were scamming me because I kind of knew what the issue was and they wanted to keep my car all day for "diagnosis" and charge me $280.00 just for that. Did new tires plus wheel bearings. Quickly got job completed in timely manner.
Great service! Front desk girl is great, really nice and willing to help in every detail, she gave me a ride back home and picked me up when my car was ready. Very experienced mechanic, he was quick to diagnose and left my car perfect! So glad I found them!
