Heather S. is the BEST service advisor any customer could have!!!
William Dayton a salesman for Wallace Auto group was very nice and showed me many vehicles. I was looking for a Nissan Rogue. He followed up with texts and calls and is very well mannered. Unfortunately Wallace didn’t have the auto I wanted and I bought at another dealer.
Quick and courteous. Nice waiting area. (Genesis facility)
Waited 2 hours for a oil change and I didn't see any water on the car when they said they would do a complimentary car wash
