I have been going to Wallace Automotive for the last 8 years and have brought over 3 vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars except these guys, they're honest they know what they're doing and it's reasonably priced. I always get oil changes here and make sure to keep up to date with regular maintenance.

Asked if they could install new CV axles I supplied. Repeatedly told multiple shop staff there was a chance that I may have the WRONG axles. Told them NOT to install them if they were wrong. They all said they AGREED and UNDERSTOOD. Dropped car off after 2 days and repeated conversations about axles. Next day they called, said they were wrong axles, but ONLY AFTER they installed them and drove car. Axles were CLEARLY and BLATANTLY WRONG for my car. BLIND person could have seen it.
