Tyler approached me while I was arriving home, he expressed concern about my 4 foot long crack in my front windshield and explained to me that he could have his company repair it with in 2 days, he personally helped me set up the claim and had the glass guys come by my work to install it, Wallace AutoGlass is very transparent and reliable during the entire process, Tyler’s first contact was genuine and nice I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing their Glass repaired on your vehicle.
Service was quick and performed at my place of employment! Was able to get paperwork done in s matter of 1 hour! Great service!
This was a painless process. Wallace AutoGlass company is the best in Jax. The auto glass technician O'neil was very professional, fast and proficient. Replaced my windshield in no time. I drove my vehicle and it was quiet. No wind noise from not being properly sealed. I recommend these guys anytime. They are just that damn good! Better than the other people I dealt with in the past. Not saying any names.
