I purchased a car there and unfortunately it is not running but going to call them tomorrow and I have very much faith that they will either fix the problem or refund me or let me get something else because I was there for probably 3 hours that day and talked to numerous people that work there and everyone was nothing but kind... I know many people that have bought vehicles from there and they still suggest them to other people including me to this day.... I think it's a great place and a great deal💗
Sold my wife a car without a horn. Which is illegal in the state of TN. I called tried to be polite and get them to fix what I figured was a mistake. Instead they were completely rude and extremely unprofessional. Really crappy because I've been recommending friends to go here. But this is pretty shady. To the courts we go! I advise you take whatever car you plan on buying to a mechanic before giving them ANYTHING. (Then they harass you over Facebook ) Making it too easy
