Play area was fine but dirty. 3 bathroom stalls out of order in women's bathroom. Paper towels on the garbage can, not in dispenser. Watered down soap. 30 minutes to get popcorn because there was none popped. No price on popcorn. Employees standing around talking instead of taking care of customers. Bathroom cabinet not locked with supplies in it. You should not have to wait for concessions.
This place could be awesome but. Its filthy, it has unsafe items just out in the open, no soap in the bathroom, no hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer stations, the water fountain doesn't work, the arcade games don't work, and the employees just hide in the stairwell behind the counter.
Well if you go on the weekend this place is nuts. There are about 10,000 small children running around this place. It's an awesome place for a child. We had my grandsons 4th birthday party here. He loved it. There are all kinds of cool stuff for them to do. Parking is a chore. We had to park on a road beside the building. It wasn't too bad though. Staff is really nice and helpful. We used to come here all the time when my daughter was smaller but decided to take a break due to the condition and cleanliness of the establishment. For example there was a ball of wet toilet paper some threw against the wall in the boys room that's was there for over a month, 1 inch of solid dust and filth on all the equipment, and every surface being just plain out sticky no matter what you touched just to point out a few examples. Very unclean. Used bandaids laying around in and outside of the bouncy houses, thick layer of dust on everything, the under 3 area you would think they’d wipe down to clean but nothing looks like it’s been cleaned or wiped down in a year or so. If you want your kid to get sick this is the place to go
