I've had a strange unit here for quite a while now and just got moved out and cleaned up, I really appreciate how nice and helpful the managers are and how they operate.. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you need a storage unit in Walla Walla.. thanks guys
Best storage units in Walla Walla, and I’ve used several over the years! Extremely clean, secure and easily accessible right off the highway. If I ever need a storage unit again, this will be my go-to. Referred a family member, and they love it too. Price and size of the unit is very good.
This woman who manages the units is incredibly unreliable. She can be pleasant, but she can also be extremely rude. Anytime I was on the phone with her she made it seem like I’m someone bothering her. I will never rent from here again. Please be aware of her deal: the first two months are $50. She charges on the first, so you don’t get that full month for $50. I understand, and it was careless of me not to pay close attention that I wouldn’t get my first two months for $50. Site is secure and CLEAN. Great prices, lots of space and options. Good security with lots of cameras and on site manager office. Settled on this facility after reviewing a ton.around WW. Was initially concerned about the seeming remoteness but haven't had any issues since we moved our stuff in in Jan 2025. The owner is absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. I kept forgetting to pay on time or set up auto pay (totally my bad but life is busy) so I kept getting hit with late fees, which incidentally was my reminder to pay my bill... read more
