Taking care dealerships back 40 years with deceptive practices and straight out lying plus the old letting the customer sit and stew for 15 mins. while they work their bs plan and try to milk more money from you. Sadly I won't be acquiring my 15th honda and will look at other brands with honest dealers. So sad they took over a great dealership.
Two months ago, I went to the repair shop to fix the problem of the right sliding door of my Honda Odyssey. The repairman said that it was just a short circuit in the power connection, and it would be fine if I reconnected it. At that time, I spent $151 to reconnect the circuit. Less than three months later, the same sliding door problem appeared again, and I came to the repair station to fix it.
