Stopped by to just look, and found something I was interested in. Told them I had about a hour to figure out the numbers. They where super quick and more than fair on my trade in value. I actually purchased the vehicle. Emir Pino is great to work with, very nice and no pressure. Would highly recommend.
The Service Rep., Megan, is always friendly, professional, and answered all of our technical questions on a new Honda CR-V that we recently purchased from Underriner Honda of Walla Walla. The Service Technician, Brandon, was also very professional in applying ceramic coating to our CR-V exterior and interior. Made it shinier than we bought it new!

Taking care dealerships back 40 years with deceptive practices and straight out lying plus the old letting the customer sit and stew for 15 mins. while they work their bs plan and try to milk more money from you. Sadly I won't be acquiring my 15th honda and will look at other brands with honest dealers. So sad they took over a great dealership.
Two months ago, I went to the repair shop to fix the problem of the right sliding door of my Honda Odyssey. The repairman said that it was just a short circuit in the power connection, and it would be fine if I reconnected it. At that time, I spent $151 to reconnect the circuit. Less than three months later, the same sliding door problem appeared again, and I came to the repair station to fix it.
