I Highly recommend working with Tara and Josh . They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great time getting to know them , when they were putting my HQ longarm Forte together for me. This week Walla Walla Sew and Vac made a VERY generous donation of fabric to our girl scout troop. Tonight our 14 Daisy Scouts (all local 5-7 year olds) learned how to use a sewing machine while making pillowcases for the Cases 4 Smiles Organization, who will send them onto Seattle Childrens Hospital and The Ronald McDonald House of Seattle.The girls are delighted to be sending more than 50 pillowcases!!! We had such a great experience at Walla Walla Sew And Vac. Inside the store, Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. He found us the perfect spa. Upon delivery, Jim and Jake were top-notch (and strong !) � They were extremely professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. When Jim came back to set up the hot tub and teach me about chemicals, he was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable! What a great experience from start to finish!

I recently picked up my Pfaff from a regular service appointment and I can’t believe how much better my sewing machine is running. My 13 year old machine feels brand new again! I’ve struggled off and on with machine for years and Josh called me to tell me there was small part broken. The previous struggle is no more and I deeply regret not bringing my machine here for the annual service sooner!
Love the new store, it is bright and cheery and well laid out. The upstairs sewing center is very nice. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Love the parking.
