Josh, the sewing machine technician, went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out! I am in the middle of a vast sewing project when my machine gave up and I needed a part asap! My machine is a great old 1950’s model and I was worried that I’d have to wait for weeks for a part. Not so! I brought it in to Josh and he happened to have the part, and he had my machine fixed pronto! I was sewing within a couple of hours! Wow! I’ve never had such fast service! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Josh! Also, nice store!
I highly recommend this store....I was in recently to purchase a pattern and fabric for a quilt...I received the best customer service...they worked together getting all my fabric cut, the amounts needed, etc...very knowledge wonderful people!
Exceptional customer service!
Embarrassingly I sucked up my undies in my Meile and plugged my vacuum. I headed right to Sew and Vac where they took my vac hose into the service department and returned my undies descretly in a bag, no charge in no time. This is a great company that's an asset to our community and and I might add one who has been keeping our old hot tub in running order for years.
Owner, manager, Tara is knowledgeable, friendly and competent. The store is amazing with a vast array of beautiful fabrics. the turn around time for repairs and maintenance is great. For out of town clients like me, they schedule so you can take it home that day. Facilities for classes we're well planned .
Great place to shop with very friendly staff. Thank you for donation to Finley Grange Quilt Day Camp. Was great hit.
