I would rate my experience with these people a 0 if I could, they have done nothing for my family when my family member was in crisis first they tell me they would send someone out asap then proceed to not even call me back for 7 hours even though I call them every 2, then they judge for us going to the hospital because they didn’t do crap so we have 0 resources, they then call the mentally ill family member to ask if she needs anyhh to anything, obviously she says no and they hang up, absolutely ridiculous these people don’... read more
Do they do their best? Or do they twist your words and make up scenarios involving your children in order to turn you in to CPS and do nothing for the person in crisis. Not even a call the next day to see if the person in crisis, who was threatening suicide and was self destructing, was still alive. CPS called though, making damn sure they could interview the children, who weren't home during the incident, were in no danger, and had not had any reports of possible harm at anytime prior to the incident.
