Very good experiences at WW Clinic
In this world of corporate medicine controlled by lawyers and insurance companies, wait times and paperwork issues are becoming more common and frustrating. However, Dr. Wren, and staff, were there for us when it mattered. My daughter was recently sick enough to significantly concern Dr Wren. He got us in immediately and made sure we had the needed follow up care. We're not going anywhere else.
I have had repeated issues with this pediatric office losing required insurance paperwork that I have personally submitted multiple times. The reception staff insisted they did not have documents in my daughter’s file that I have completed twice over the past two years. I was redirected to my insurance, despite being told these documents are faxed by the office, with no explanation for why copies of these faxes were not retained. Fantastic Pediatric’s Clinic… we’ve seen Dr. Wren, Dr. Rogers, Dr. O’Conner, and Dr. Jaslyn (I can’t remember her last name). They’re all wonderful and worth the drive from Pendleton. Thorough, helpful, they do not rush us and take time to answer all our questions as first time parents. Highly recommend this doctor’s office for kiddos.
