Non-responsive. Call in to talk to someone is not an option. They will put you on hold for hours. You get to down to caller 2 or 3 and get your hopes up then kick you out to the main receptionist and she will politely put you back in the cue. My Dr. is JP. I have called them to as I need 3 referrals for things that he recommended. I called them 8 times in August, once a week in September and 3 times in October.
