Avoid. Had a hallway painted less than 12 months ago (when they were called wall2wall). They contacted me a few weeks ago (2025) to ask if I needed further work (under their new name BRUSHES). At this point, I informed them that the painting they did last year was bubbling, clearly due to loss of adhesion (tried to rush the job). When they painted last year, that was also not without issues (had to call them back to make it right as they left it in a sub standard state). Unfortunately this company messed us about. They said they were going to give us a quote, but didn't and ignored our emails until I said I was coming into their office to pick up the quote. If you don't want the job tell the customer at the start and don't string them along and ignore them. Be honest and upfront!!
