First Time We did business with them The Wrong Window was ordered which accidents happen so be it, The Staff in the office aren't very Polite at times when you call in after a week or two to get an update on your already paid purchase. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went with them again Ordering another window, I was told it would take 2 weeks, I called wanting an inquiry and Was told it would take another week, Once again Not Very Friendly to customers.
