Great communication and customer service
I bought a harness but got the wrong size. I tried to fix it immediately but never got an answer from them, nor by email or phone. I will never buy anything from them again.
Fantastic service, and an amazing delivery time. Definitely recommend this shop and will most certainly use them again.
I don't often write reviews of online shopping experiences, but I felt the folks at Wall Toys need a shout out for their excellent service. I ordered a hangboard Sunday night, choosing the cheapest freight option.... free! I didn't expect to see this for weeks given the delays in shipping due to Covid. It shipped Monday and arrived in Perth Wednesday. Excellent service. Highly recommend. I'll be ordering from you again for sure.
