While driving south on 434 towards the 436 intersection at 6:08pm on 4/11/2025, a white van with wall to wall flooring written on the side was driving erratically. This was in that construction zone where it becomes one lane. They started by driving very closely to my car, then almost ran another car off the road into incoming traffic. I had my flooring done approximately 3-years ago. I had carpet and vinyl planks installed. I thought the work was good but noticed slight imperfections. Since I don't like to make reviews immediately after using any company, I waited to see how the overall job was holding up and eventually noticed some separations in the vinyl planks that I brought to the companies attention in April 2024. Me lo recomendaron muy bien, pero no he tenido una buena experiencia con ellos. En cuanto al piso todo bien, pero no fue así con la escalera, no me colocaron lo que me ofrecieron. Tuvieron que regresar a reparar algo mal terminado. Pedí un descuento por los inconvenientes y en vez de descuento cuando fui a pagar me estaban cobrando $100 de más. Hoy un mes después algunos escaños se están abriendo, tomé fotos fui a reclamar y hasta ahora nadie ha respondido.
Wall to Wall did my floors a year ago and everything they said about the vinyl laminate is true. I've got a dog and pool. No scratches or water issue. I wanted a flooring that I could go from inside to outside dripping and not have to worry. Installers were professional: on time and work done as promised. Mark made working with my insurance company easy.
