If she perceives you as “not her sort of customer,” you’re treated with rudeness and even asked to leave the store. In her response, she says that I’ve only spent ~$350 in her store, but I’ve spent over $2,000 there. I received my hat extremely quickly shipped and am in love with it! They carry a great selection of hats that you can’t necessarily find somewhere else!
Do NOT order ONLINE in this Shop❗️ Owner herself is not personally taking care about shipping, and her employees are not paying attention bevor shipping an $300 item. My order has been returned to the sender, relating to insufficient address (missing house number!!!) So I’m waiting since more than 6 weeks.., and still no apology received, and I still have not received my item yet!

After passing this shop many times, I finally had time to stop. It was pretty astonishing all the great things packed in there. Boots to the ceiling and stellar jackets lining the top of one wall. The staff was super friendly and the owner came over to help me look for a particular vintage item. Oh and did I mention the adorable cats? I love bodega cats so was very happy to see shop kitties.
