I work for a local nonprofit, and Wall Street Storage was super flexible in working with me as I rented a storage unit for my client. The communication was awesome and the staff helped me load a dresser into my car that I couldn't lift by myself. Overall just super helpful and accommodating folks, would highly reccomend!!
It was very easy to rent here. I got a larger unit than I had at another place, for less money. Sweet. I was unloading my truck and almost dropped a tote, messing up my shoulder. Sarah was super helpful with getting the rest of my things out of the truck, onto the carts, and put into my unit. This lady went above and beyond to help me. I am truly grateful for her help. I got a 5ft x 12ft unit. It is perfect for my needs. There is plenty of security there too.
I am working with Wall Street Storage on my project in Oregon. They are receiving materials deliveries for my project, and will hold until we are ready to install. Set up process was easy and quick. Communications is exactly what I need for my project materials deliveries. The Wall Street team has been exceptional, and top of the line support. I will definitely will work with them again in the future.
DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE. Wall Street Storage has the “cheapest” rental prices in town for a good reason. The place is disgusting. The entire upper floor is covered in bat pee and bat guano. These photos are taken from inside a couple units showing the pee droplets. If you see piles of “dirty debris” above the units, this a mixture of dirt, dust, but mostly bat guano.
