I sent an new patient inquiry email via their site's contact form with details around my search for a new therapist and this is what I got in response. Extremely unprofessional.
Barbara is either overworked and underpaid, or does not know how to deal with people. I attempted to schedule an appointment and the experience turned unpleasant, fast. After 3 minute phone conversation with Barbara, I realized those are not the professionals I would like to consult regarding my problems. I was polite after Barbara told me in an e-mail, which had no subject line and went to my spam folder by default, that there were no weekend appointments available.
