I've worked for this company since 2009 as a DSP Residential Care Provider. It's the most rewarding employment experience I've ever had! It's not easy; it's a lifestyle. Best services anywhere for my daughter who lives in a sponsored residential home. She has never been happier or more stable and settled than she is with her SR family.
As a Direct Support Provider to individuals in the community I feel supported by those I work with and know my supervisors are there to help me when I need it. I love the balance of structure and autonomy I've been able to grow into.
