I thought hard about leaving this review but I did not have a good experience with this Dr. my first appointment was with his pa he was nice . I was in extreme pain two X-ray showed bone on bone arthritis the pa gave me a script or two but nothing to ease the pain I wasn’t looking for pain pills I needed instant relief.I could not walk he also gave me info on gel shots and a script for a mri due to me insisting. Super friendly staff and really helpful!
0 stars. Injured my knee (fall), pain, swelling, hot to the touch, and bleeding. Because I had gone to a normal express care the day before, this office refused any care whatsover. This office's webpage suggested that they offer more than a normal express care as you will be seen by an orthopedic specialist. That might be true but you have to get by the main desk first. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
Awful and frustrating experience. I was denied care for what turned out to be a torn tendon in my finger. After arriving early and patiently waiting, I explained during check-in that I injured my finger while cleaning my car in my driveway. I was told by the receptionist this is an auto insurance matter, it would not be covered by my regular health insurance, and they would not treat me. I asked her if I called NJM on the spot and got a PIP number, etc. could I come back in and be seen. The answer was no, I would then need t... read more
