Very Poor Experience I brought my Bernina sewing machine here for routine service and used the $20 coupon. What should have taken a week took 16 days. Each time I called for an update, I was promised a call back which never came. The manager was very brusque. The $20 service job ended up costing $90! They did deduct the coupon price. Never again.
