They are very conscientious about their work and repairs, taking off their shoes in the house, making sure electrical is in correct specification, on time and call when about 30 minutes before arrival. Provide understandable quotes with options for repairs or new/replacement units
Doug knows his stuff! Over the last two years of trying to find someone, he is the only person who was able to fix our geothermal that wasn't working properly. It feels great to know we were heard and cared for and finally have AC that works. His pricing is also pretty reasonable. Would highly recommend him and nobody else!
Highly recommend this business! Long story: My geothermal unit went out during a storm. Called a different company (SunTec- Edmond) first as the company I have always used quit working on geothermal units. They came out, told my wife it looked like the entire thing was fried and that we would be wasting our time trying to fix it as the unit was "at the end of its life" (14 years old). Mr. Wall did an excellent job replacing our geothermal units. He was professional and thorough in his thoughts about designing our system and installing it. He and his staff were kind and cleaned up after they finished their work.
Doug replaced my old Geothermal unit with a very nice new one! He corrected a few things and did it the right way. Good communication throughout the whole job. I would highly recommend Wall Geothermal!
