Horrible!! Called to get an appt 3 days in a row leaving msgs. Finally got Ashley on 4th day gave all info and was told she was waiting on fax and she wouldn't forget me. Called 3 days later and scheduled with Tiffany. Had to reschedule due to stomach flu. Day of appt Went to Cleveland Ave address and door locked. Called office and was told that he was on hilton ave, moved 4 yrs ago. Signage still there and web address is wrong. Tiffany said I had to reschedule. Nope! So disorganized! Staff has no clue. I was in the process of getting some teeth removed after that I got a root canal the tooth broke where the where a cap was going to attach to the teeth he created they also canceled two of my appointments it seemed like it's taking forever just to get my mouth fixed so I had to go to another dentist they also charge me for my top and bottom partials that I never received that is in the process of getting reimbursed he doesn't give you any pain medication after he pull your teeth.
