Could never get a call back or appointment. Went in to setup appointment, was told to call and book an appointment. Called and left 3 voicemails asking for a call back to book appointment, no one ever replied to any of my messages. Very unprofessional. Too bad, as they had been referred to me by a friend. So I had no choice but to go to a different law firm.
I have never yet gotten a live person on the phone when I called. The reply I received to my email was a computer generated one. There was a problem with the tax adjustment on my sale that has not been resolved 1 1/2 months after the closing.
My husband and I have recently completed our wills and power of attorney with Victoria. She was thorough, professional and made sure to ask us the right questions in order to ensure our children will be well cared for. She made an unpleasant topic and conversation less difficult and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Victoria!!!
