Really unhappy with the service, purchased a VW sharan from this dealership. As the car was under warranty and had a known fault with the Sat Nav and bluetooth was told to take the car and - take it too another dealership and Lloyds VW will cover the cost. I did take the car to a dealership in Birmingham however it was a nightmare to get both dealership to communicate with each other.
