Just not a fan. The attitude and lack of empathy at every appointment is disappointing. I always feel like we are being judged and not truly helped. We struggle enough being caregivers to a medically complex child and when we are there wee just feel judged and chastised for not wearing his orthotics 24/7. There are many battles we have to chose every day, sometimes orthotics are at the bottom of our list.
I stopped by see what they had to offer. The open sign was on, but the door had the statement: "By Appointment Only". The conflicting message was a bit confusing, but I tried the handle and it was open. I spoke with a gentleman about what they carried, but it was like pulling teeth. Best to call before making a trip to the building.
I have no idea why there are a few sub-par reviews. I couldn’t imagine any place having a better staff. Love it here!
