I greatly enjoy working with Norah and Peter. Here are just a few of the ways that I have seen them go above and beyond in the past year: they requested extra holes in my son's braces to help with overheating, took photos and videos of my son first riding an adaptive bike so I could fully enjoy the moment then sent the photos to me not once but three times to make sure I got them, and lastly they even helped us get referred to another medical provider to help with a different condition my son has. We have been with walking and wheeling for over 10 years and by far the BEST experiences we have ever had with any business helping with medical needs! The team takes their time and makes sure everything is just perfect to fit our son! Above and beyond is the experience you will get when you come here! Nora and Peter make you feel like you are a part of their family! We look forward working with them every time Makx is able to get equipment through them! 10/10 recommend!!!
Just not a fan. The attitude and lack of empathy at every appointment is disappointing. I always feel like we are being judged and not truly helped. We struggle enough being caregivers to a medically complex child and when we are there wee just feel judged and chastised for not wearing his orthotics 24/7. There are many battles we have to chose every day, sometimes orthotics are at the bottom of our list.
