Accused me of putting in an after market AC unit after I went in due to a parasitic battery drain. Told me I needed to purchase the exact same OEM head unit/AC for 1600. Took it to an independent electronics tech who confirmed the issue had nothing to do with the OEM unit. Walker's make no attempt to accurately diagnose a problem.
They gave me a filthy loaner and then had the gall to try and extract money for the smell of smoke. The slew of 1 stars are entirely fair. This is a business that needs to replace it's management yesterday.
Arman and Justin best service advisors to talk to. Went here after being turned down by my original dealership. Would come back again. 💯
