Not a friendly group of people to work with. Was quoted 1 price on the phone when I made my appt to get a new key FOB programmed. When I went in for the appt, the guy tried to tell me it was more than that. I already paid $350 for the new FOB. Then he went back to the desk while I was sitting there & asked who I talked with & proceeded to talk about what they should do and my attitude. Terrible mechanics and overpriced service. (Update, i'm doubling down on recommending never to take your vehicles here for service. They cracked my exhaust manifold while performing the repairs I went into detail about in my original review They replaced it, but it should have never happened in the first place. ) I brought my forester in for control arm bushing replacement and for the timing cover to be resealed. !!DO NOT!! bring your vehicle in for repairs. I had a valve spring recall on my vehicle (2013 Subaru BRZ). They fixed the valve springs but ended up not putting my car back correctly so my flex plate ended up cracking 2 times. Then my transmission fluid cap wasn't put back in correctly and my car went up in smoke. Then one day they said my car was ready so i went to pick up my car and they told me they lost some screws so i couldnt pick it up anyway.
