Bought the car in May. Kia, was a trade in. They sold me on the warentee, promised in house service and then 6 days later, when I called cause the sunroof wouldn't close they told me wouldn't service my vehicle. Warentee didn't apply since it's not a Subaru, even though they sold it to me. FINE, refund my Warentee?! Nope STILL WAITING on that refund, it's Oct. And the sunroof still isn't usable. RUDE PARTS MANAGER I went to Subaru Tacoma, by the way a WAY GREATER dealership. And they did not have the part in stock, they offered free in store pick up it just needed to be shipped to them for 2-3 days. I ended up placing the order only at the Renton location instead, but was charged a $10 service fee for something they had in stock so it was pick up in store. I asked for the $10 to be refunded since the Tacoma location did not charge a $10 service fee/ or shipping. He said he couldn’t give it to me off because they’re ... read more
