10/10. I came in for an oil change and a noise diagnostic which turned out to be a transmission unit issue. I worked with Justin from the service desk the entire time. He was always on top of communication and was able to get me a loaner vehicle while my car was worked on. My experience was great, easily felt prioritized and cared for; I will be coming back for my future maintenance needs.
I have used their service since 2009. Always easy access, waiting area is comfortable. Service reps very helpful.
Brought my 2021 Subaru Forrester in because the radio/screen kept resetting and the radio would turn on at random times. Vince was awesome- he took the time to listen to our concerns and was very upfront about possible costs and solutions. It turned out that there was a recall on the part and after it was confirmed to be the issue, they replaced it for no charge. Once the part came in, Vince contacted us and we were able to get the car in immediately.
I have been getting my car serviced here since I bought it in May 2023; the service staff are responsible and efficient, and everyone maintains a great attitude. However, there were issues with the sales process: the salesperson recommended a maintenance package costing over $2,000 for three years—which I purchased—but failed to clearly explain that it covered only six oil changes, with any additional ones requiring extra payment.
