Brought my 2021 Subaru Forrester in because the radio/screen kept resetting and the radio would turn on at random times. Vince was awesome- he took the time to listen to our concerns and was very upfront about possible costs and solutions. It turned out that there was a recall on the part and after it was confirmed to be the issue, they replaced it for no charge. Once the part came in, Vince contacted us and we were able to get the car in immediately.

I have been getting my car serviced here since I bought it in May 2023; the service staff are responsible and efficient, and everyone maintains a great attitude. However, there were issues with the sales process: the salesperson recommended a maintenance package costing over $2,000 for three years—which I purchased—but failed to clearly explain that it covered only six oil changes, with any additional ones requiring extra payment. Do you love being stranded two weekends in a row with no car? How about being promised things over the phone only to be told psych! nope when you get there? Do you like having your time completely wasted? Then boy do I have a shop for you! TL: DR; - Will never have a loaner car for you. Ever. Be prepared to wait. If they promise one on the phone?
