LACK OF INTEGRITY AND INCOMPETENT MECHANICS! In May of 2025, I took my vehicle in to get new tires and an alignment. Despite this service, the vehical was returned to me with an incorrect alignment configuration, specifically an excessive negative camber. Because the tops of the tires were tilted too far inward, the tires did not have full even contact with the road surface. I brought my Subaru in to have a dash cam installed, called them and confirmed they can install it. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the service department refused to do the work. The reason given was that since it isn't a Subaru-branded product, they didn’t want to be held liable if they made a mistake during the installation. It’s disappointing that a factory-authorized service center doesn't have the confidence to perform a standard electrical install on their own vehicles.
