Superior customer service. Friendly staff. Peaceful location. Hopefully, we can negotiate a good deal for my new lease of Phoenix 🐦 🔥 2.0 James, Rose and Christian, and the s we vice manager and department were helpful with resolving my concerns.
I called here to ask if they can help on my car’s tail gate. They were nice but not helpful- just told me that an appointment is two weeks away. I called Lee John Seattle instead, they asked me to stop by (no need to set appointment) and helped to solve the problem very quickly.
I had an oil change done at Walker's Renton Mazda last year and I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and care. They failed to tighten the drain plug after the service, which led to a oil leak that not only endangered my vehicle but also put me at risk on the road.
