Please watch out for brake ratings from Walker's Renton Mazda. I took our car in (CX5) and got a concerning report that both rear brake linings were in the red (2mm) and required immediate replacement. They said they couldn't do it then, but I could book it in for later. I was obviously nervous about driving the car in between given that report, so I took the car to the U Village Renton garage (totally separate company). An oil change took an hour and 45 minutes. Luckily I brought my own water, the mini fridge in their lobby was empty
Superior customer service. Friendly staff. Peaceful location. Hopefully, we can negotiate a good deal for my new lease of Phoenix 🐦 🔥 2.0 James, Rose and Christian, and the s we vice manager and department were helpful with resolving my concerns.
I called here to ask if they can help on my car’s tail gate. They were nice but not helpful- just told me that an appointment is two weeks away. I called Lee John Seattle instead, they asked me to stop by (no need to set appointment) and helped to solve the problem very quickly.
